By accessing and using UCL SWIPE ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Game Rules & Fair Play
• Predictions must be made before the stated deadline for each fixture
• Users may change predictions unlimited times before the deadline
• One "most goals" prediction is required per matchday
• Points are awarded automatically based on actual match results
• Any attempt to manipulate the system will result in account suspension
3. User Accounts
• Users must provide accurate email information for account creation
• Usernames must be appropriate and non-offensive
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Multiple accounts per person are prohibited
4. STARS Reward System
• STARS are virtual rewards with no monetary value
• STARS cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
• Achievement criteria may be updated at our discretion
• Referral rewards are subject to verification
5. Intellectual Property
UCL SWIPE respects intellectual property rights. Team names and colors are used for identification purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any football club trademarks or intellectual property.
6. Data Protection
• We collect only necessary information for game functionality
• User data is stored securely and not shared with third parties
• Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time
• Users may request data deletion by contacting support
7. Limitation of Liability
UCL SWIPE is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. The service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
